Comparison of the Operation of Electrostatic Demisters in the Zinc Calcination Production Line before and after

A rotary kiln is a processing equipment for drying, roasting, and calcining bulk materials. In the non - ferrous metallurgy industry, it is mainly used for the roasting treatment of leaching residues in the hydrometallurgical zinc smelting system.

In this project, the dust concentration at the inlet is 100 mg/m³. After being treated by the electrostatic demister, the dust concentration at the outlet is ≤ 5 mg/m³, and the removal rate is ≥ 95%. It has passed the acceptance inspection. The above figure shows the operation effect diagram of using a wet electrostatic precipitator in the rotary kiln to treat the zinc oxide flue gas from the converter roasting.
