Commissioning of Wet Electrostatic Precipitators for Flue Gas from 35 - ton and 45 - ton Biomass Boilers in a Sugar Factory

This equipment is based on a gas volume of 170,000 m ³ /h, and the designed gas velocity is 1.75m/s. Our company is responsible for the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of this wet electrostatic precipitator. The above picture is a comparison before and after operation. The fuel for the boilers in this project includes biomass, biogas, concentrated alcohol waste liquid and coal. The main pollutants in the exhaust gas come from the particulate matter, SO2 and NO2 produced by the combustion of the boiler. After being treated to meet the standards by the supporting facilities such as cyclone dust removal, wet electrostatic precipitator and water film dust removal (with desulfurization and deodorization), it is discharged into the atmosphere.
