Operation Case of Wet Electrostatic Precipitators in the High - performance Fiber Industry

This client is a well-known polyester industrial fiber and fabric manufacturing enterprise in China, established in 1996, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the American High Performance Fiber Company. Specializing in the production of polyester industrial filament, impregnated industrial canvas and cord fabric. The products are widely used as reinforcing materials for rubber and radial tires, whole core conveyor belts, multi-layer conveyor belts, PVC/PU canopy fabrics, light box advertising fabrics, lifting slings, traction belts, safety belts, cable pipes and geosynthetics.

The dust content of the flue gas at the inlet of this wet electrostatic precipitator is 80mg/m ³, the flue gas temperature is below 50 degrees, and the flue gas volume is 40,000 m ³ /h. The dust emission concentration at the outlet of the dust collector is required to be less than 10mg/m ³, and the solid particle removal rate is 90-95%. The viscous particles in this flue gas are prone to adhere to the anode tube wall. A single-tube single-flush spray system has been adopted to achieve standard discharge.
