Wet Electrostatic Precipitator for Deep Purification of Brick - kiln Flue Gas

This project involves a high-voltage electrostatic wet electrostatic precipitator for the deep purification of flue gas from brick and tile kilns. Our company is responsible for the technical and requirements aspects such as the functional design, manufacturing, supply, installation, documentation, commissioning, acceptance and quality guarantee of the high-voltage electrostatic demister body and its auxiliary equipment system. The flue gas volume is 190,000 m ³ /h, the flue gas humidity is below 60 degrees, the designed flow rate of the dust collector is 1.12 m/s, the effective cross-sectional area of the anode tube is 44.35 square meters, the anode tube is a hexagonal fiberglass reinforced plastic anode tube, with a specification of 6m*∮360.
