Achievement of Standard - compliant Emission with a Wet Electrostatic Precipitator for Calcium Chloride Drying Flue Gas of 180,000 m³/h

This set of wet electrostatic precipitator is suitable for the deep purification of flue gas from calcium chloride drying. It is a high-voltage electrostatic wet demister. Hebei Weimei Environmental Protection is responsible for the functional design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and operation of the wet electrostatic precipitator body and its auxiliary equipment system. The wet electrostatic precipitator can handle a flue gas volume of 180,000 m ³ /h. The dust content (particulate matter) in the inlet flue gas is no more than 200mg/m ³, and the flue gas temperature is no more than 50℃. The inlet and outlet of the dust collector are arranged as bottom inlet and top outlet, and the design flow rate of the dust collector is 1.1m/s. The dust emission concentration at the outlet is required to be ≤20mg/m ³. Currently, the standard discharge has been achieved.
