This wet electrostatic precipitator (WESP) processes flue gas that has been purified by a secondary desulfurization tower. The design operating temperature is 60°C, with a maximum instantaneous operating temperature of 80°C. It employs intermittent spray water washing for cleaning.
 

The tail gas treatment requirements are:
Dust emission concentration at the outlet ≤ 10 mg/Nm³
Dust removal efficiency ≥ 90%

The WESP shell is constructed from 316L stainless steel, which provides enhanced temperature and corrosion resistance.

The outer shell of the wet electrostatic precipitator is made of corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel.

The anode tubes of the wet electrostatic precipitator are made of flame-retardant vinyl fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP).
