Two wet electrostatic precipitators (WESP) with a gas handling capacity of 22,000 m³/h for acid-making tail gas have entered the commissioning phase. The net flow area of tail gas in the anode tubes of this wet electrostatic precipitator and demister is ≥ 10 m². The main body is made of conductive FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic), equipped with an automatic control system. Both the cathode wires and cathode suspension rods are made of Hastelloy C276.
